Jo Negus
Senior Office Manager
Before joining Norman Lewis ten years ago, Jo had spent her career in pensions and recruitment. She is a highly valuable member of the team and experienced in all aspects of office management. Jo deals with both customers and manufacturers, overseeing projects through from start to completion. She is also responsible for the company’s commitment to quality and implementing all aspects of its ISO9001 quality certification.
Jo enjoys spending time with her family, reading, listening to music and making the occasional trip to the theatre in her spare time.

Lynn Howie
Company Secretary & Financial Controller
Since its initial formation over 27 years ago, Lynn has been part of Norman Lewis and is now a long serving Director. Prior to that she worked in banking where she administered Accounts. Her main role continues to be overseeing all financial matters, whilst as Company Secretary she is also responsible for all legal matters relating to the business.
Lynn enjoys international travel, modern art and likes to spend time gardening.

John Cooley
Sales Manager
An experienced and motivated sales specialist with over 31 years sales experience. Having previously worked in international export and shipping, John has been with Norman Lewis for over 19 years. As the external face of the company, he also maintains client relationships and works in partnership to provide a design and bespoke service as and when required.
John enjoys dining out, reading and sports and always travels to clients using public transport, endorsing Norman Lewis’ commitment to the environment.
